Taking on the role of “Advancement Cheerleader,” Kristina has taken on the role of being an advisor and speaker for startups and early entrepreneurs. With a particular passion for women and people of color, Kristina has lent her expertise in business, DEI and intellectual property law to advise business leaders and entrepreneurs about the pitfalls one could fall to and how to address them head-on with confidence.
Kristina has spoken and moderated at events, small and large, such as the Women in Travel Summit Europe 2019 (“Legal Issues that Could Hiccup Your Content Creation and How to Avoid Them”), BAME Women in Travel (“Checking under the hood: Prepping & Executing Successful Brand Partnerships”), Away Luggage Travel Series (“Who You Are When You Travel Alone”), Brooklyn Law School ("Power Professional") and Columbia University Graduate Organization's of Aspiring Leaders ("Idea to Execution: How to start a company in New York?").
